Christoph Brenner studied Business Informatics at the University of Hamburg with a focus on industrial, operational and organizational psychology (usability) as well as information systems in organizations. Afterwards, he was involved in the establishment of two performance marketing agencies and founder of an SEO controlling start-up, which was taken over by the market leader. He then moved to the Otto Group, where he is currently Managing Director of the e-commerce division of the Otto Group Digital Solutions, where he identifies, develops and establishes new and attractive business models in the retail-related service sector.
At the same time, Christoph Brenner was an external doctoral candidate at the professorship of Prof. Dr. Oliver Hinz since February 2016. Initially at the Chair of Business Informatics | Electronic Markets at the TU Darmstadt and since November 2017 at the Chair of Business Informatics and Information Management at the Goethe University. His research topic is innovations in performance marketing.
